IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Inclusions during your stay: daily buffet breakfast at the Poreho restaurant (room service and canoe breakfast not included) and complimentary mini bar (a set selection of soft drinks), refilled once daily. All our rooms are air-conditioned and offer free Wifi.
Taxes included: 5% VAT, 4,9% Government Tax, 5% Service Charge.
Taxes to be added: City Tax 200 xpf per adult, per night, Green contribution (optional) 200 xpf per room, per night, payable upon check-out.
Restaurant/Bar
Poreho Restaurant:
- Breakfast served from 7 am to 10 am
- Lunch (light menu) from 12 pm to 4 pm
- Dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Reka Ika Restaurant ( closed Wednesday and Saturday):
- Dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Kaina Bar: open from 10:30 am to 10 pm
Room Service: available during restaurant hours.

How to get to the hotel
The hotel is located on a private islet, approximately 15 minutes by boat from the pier of Tikehau.
Upon arrival at the Tikehau airport (TIH), you will be greeted by our representative and accompanied to the resort’s shuttle.
Transfers are charged and payable at the resort:
Adults: 4 275 xpf per adult per way, tax included- Children (3-12 years): 3 066 xpf per child per way, tax included
- Infants (0-2 years): free of charge
To arrange your transfer, kindly share your arrival and departure flight details (flight number and time) with us by email.

Private boat transfers are available upon request, at an additional charge.
Check-in / Check-out
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to hotel availability (additional fees may apply). A storage room is available at the reception of the hotel.
Payment Policy
A one-night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
A secured payment link will be sent to you from Payzen within 72 hours following your booking.
The remaining balance will be paid to the hotel.
Cancellation / Modification Policy
All cancellations or modifications must be notified by email at
reservations@pearlresorts.comBookings cancelled up to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date at the resort: no penalty.
Bookings cancelled between 14 and 1 day prior to the scheduled arrival date at the resort: a 2-night cancellation fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged.
Bookings cancelled on the day of arrival or during the stay, will be charged for the full amount of the stay. The same conditions apply to shortened stays.
No shows
The full stay, plus applicable taxes, and arrival boat transfers will be charged.
Unused nights will not be refunded in the event of a no-show or unscheduled arrival resulting in a shorter stay than scheduled.
Children Policy
Children’s age is required at time of booking. Please note that the presence of at least one adult (18+) per room is mandatory to confirm the reservation.
Up to 12 years old, children sharing their parents’ room stay for free, in respect to existing bedding configuration, and meals are charged in supplement from the kids’ menu or à la carte; beverages are not included. Regular rates shall apply if children eat à la carte.
From 13 years old, adult rates apply.
Festive season
If you are staying during the festive season, please note that both the Christmas Eve Dinner and the New Year’s Eve Dinner are mandatory for all guests. These dinners must be prepaid at the following rates:
Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24, 2026, at the Poreho Restaurant
Adult (13 years and above): 25,909 XPF + 6% tax (27,464 XPF including tax)
Child (3-12 years): 12,955 XPF + 6% tax (13,732 XPF including tax)
Christmas Eve dinner includes: ½ bottle of champagne for 2, buffet dinner with musical entertainment, chocolate box.
New Years Eve Dinner on December 31, 2026, at the Poreho Restaurant
Adult (13 years and above): 40,455 XPF + 6% tax (42,882 XPF including tax)
Child (3-12 years): 20,227 XPF + 6% tax (21,441 XPF including tax)
New Year’s Eve dinner includes: Welcome cocktail, ½ bottle of champagne for 2, buffet dinner with musical entertainment, chocolate box.
